This was inspired by Physics_Dudes 878900 keyfob.
I kind of had to start fresh a bit as I wanted dual sides no chevy logo and largely one piece printing.
You print the key fob on its side so it prints as one single piece no support is needed. I need to clean up my printer settings a little but but it came out decent enough.
There are 2 inserts. Looser or Tighter fit. I had to print mine .75mm shorter on the Z axis for the perfect fit. Adjust as suits you and your print result only takes a minute or so to print the insert to print the insert.
key insertion is a tight fit for me but this is a good thing. you might need to file inside the hole and fob a little to smooth out insertion.
I have not actually tried to see if I can still insert it into the ignition with this fob in place. I will report back this weekend (I keep the metro at my place of work as a backup for muy electric car so I can't just run out and test it)
