Generative Design Control Arm

I designed this control arm for my RC model car using Generative Design in Fusion 360 as a part of my graduation project in high school. The printed parts fit in the Kyosho Inferno GT2 very well. I decided not to use sway bars in my car because I only drive it in a straight line to achieve top speeds. Therefore, this design doesn't have any mounting points for the sway bars.

The control arms are able to withstand 320 N (which is 3.2 G, as the car weighs 4 kg) when driving over bumps at high speeds in a straight line. Ideally it should be 3D-printed (100% infill) out of Titanium 6AL-4V, then it is able to withstand forces of at least 320 N.

One control arm weighs 33 g when printed out of Titanium 6AL-4V.

I reckon it wouldn't break when printed out of PLA, I haven't driven it yet though with those installed, but it feels strong enough.

The print settings are for a PLA print.

I'm happy to answer any questions or so you have. If you wanted me to design any other part using Generative Design I'd be more than happy to do so.
