Geeetech MK8 Direct Drive with Filament Sensor

Re-drew Woyta94's direct drive mount to include a mount for the A30's filament sensor as well.
For the A30, if you are using auto bed leveling and the stock cabling (like I do), be sure that you
get a left-handed MK8, otherwise the ABL sensor doesn't fit,
use the Smartto motor tool to reverse the extruder motor direction.
I am including my STEP file to enable further modification.
