This is the same part cooling fan that the newest version of the MeCreator 2 is currently shipping with.
You match this with a couple of screws that go right into the extruder carriage (M3x25mm iirc) and a 50x10 Radial Fan (I got mine from Geeetech directly so that it would plug directly into the PWM port on the extruder breakout board. I found it hard to source a 3 wire version of this fan anywhere else.
