This is a REMIX of of one of the components for Bruce Moore's (wbrucem Framingham, MA) awesome G2S 3-Bearing Carriage. A couple of people including myself have commented that the carriage belt block and clamp can fail in the current configaration particularly if printed in PLA or ABS and put in a heated enclosure or using heat lamps as I do. Essentially I have just beefed up Bruce's belt block and clamp so that it doesn't have a weaker point in the centre where the bolt runs through it. I have printed these in poly carbonate and I cannot break the clamp by hand and it is unaffected by the heated enclosure.
Not a necessary upgrade for everyone unless you want to add heat. My hat goes off to Bruce for creating the original files which make a truely great upgrade to my G2S.
