That's a support for the E3DV6 on the original metal X carriage from Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro B.
This parts is easy to disassemble and help for cable management.
I also updated the Nema 17 support you can see on the top of my printer, see "Nema 17 support for Geeetech I3 Acrylic"
