After testing many many springs and having to unscrew the entire blaster about 100 times I got tired of it and needed another solution.
So here is the updated catch housing for easier spring swaps. With this installed all you have to do to swap a spring is unscrew the catch housing in front (only 4 screws) and get it out.
The original design wont allow this because of the trigger being in the way of the rear part.
