Original GAZelle cab by tgurses, conversion into a minivan by me. After visiting Georgia last summer I was introduced to the marshrutka. Marshrutkas (routed share taxis) are the common form of 'public transportation' in Russia and other former Soviet countries like Georgia. Minibuses like the GAZelle, Ford Transit and Mercedes Benz Sprinter are most frequently used and driven by private drivers. The marshrutkas are (notoriously) known for being a cheap and fas​t way of transport. This GAZelle 322132 has a capacity of 13 persons.
