Starting from the closest to surface every part of the system syncs together to form the complete automatic convertible Mobile Lunar Gantry system. Considering from the lowest the product hosts 4 mecanum wheels on 4 different legs to provide the most efficient support system for loading while providing the larger area to pick and grab the load which is the sole application of the product. Mecanum tyres incorporate the electric high torque DC Brushless motors within the Rims cavity. Here the Gas regulation system is added to every modular wheel assembly for direct engagement with the legs, balancing structure of the wheels and dynamic weight balancing for the loading conditions.
Over the modular wheel assembly are the structural legs which consists exquisitely developed dual circular links for straight closing curved opening scenario as shown. The links take all the loading stress from the gas pressured deflating system. The outer layer however, is built with Zylon R or Kevlar material such that it is folded and overlapped when product deflates and opens up when inflated as shown. The inner inflator deflator gas pressure tube is present between the structure of legs support and its length is controlled by dual press rollers present inside the main body as per requirements. The system hence is based on volumetric pressure of the low permeability gas; i.e. gas is used to provide the pressure required for the link system of the legs to engage upon, deflate and work under low pressure while the structural elements support the total load as arches. The gas regulator present in the modular wheel assembly when engaged with the legs post assembly also hosts a docking system which charges the whole machine when availability of solar energy is scarce.
The main body is designed in such a way that it transfer most of the load from the body itself to the legs of the product. The main body hosts the hoist system, solar panels, tube rollers, batteries, network antennas and main controller system for remote accessing and controlling the whole assembly. The whole design of the concentrated solar panels is such that it spread circumferentially away from the centre of antenna such the entire solar panels makes up the dish for reflecting and collecting the transmissions. The concentrator of solar is such way enables it for higher intensity concentrated solar energy generation area. The concentrator directs the rays coming from any direction to become perpendicular to the panels increasing the overall energy generation efficiency & capacity. The main controller remotely governs the working of gas regulators, tube rollers, and hoist system to cover the application of the whole machine.
The design is optimized to provide maximum area coverage while doing less movement from the tyres whatsoever. The effectiveness of links is such that they can even crossover through smaller terrains by regulating the pressure and deflating which will result in picking up of the single leg such that the tyres loose contact from the ground and can be engaged back as required.
