Replaces everything down to the 3 screw hub.
REQUIRED: de-pin the plug, and pull it out so you can mount the controls somewhere else. Removing the controls will not allow the wheel to function! So make sure to re-pin, and plug it back in.
REQUIRED: nylock nuts for standard quick release adapters. I'll upload a picture of the nuts.
