An adapter to adapt a G27 to a Sparco/ OMP bolt battern, with provisions for buttons to keep the 6 face buttons on the G27 previously. Allows you to use a real wheel on your sim rig to build muscle memory.
Also, center groove is spaced for a Flash Power horn button with the trim ring.
