A G1/4 10mm barb fitting.
I have done a test fit, and it threads very nicely into G1/4 threads.
Best printed at a high resolution to get the fine detail on the thread, with the tip pointing down using supports on the bed only. This way, the threads are free from supports which can be difficult to remove from threads.
If you decide to use this, put an O-ring between the fitting and the radiator or whatever it's being screwed into to minimise leaking.
Due to the porous nature of 3D prints, it will likely leak slightly. Add a resin coating, or use a process other than 3D printing to make this. Or use this model to make a mould to cast some in resin.
Either way, it's not the best thing to use as a permanent solution, but should be okay temporarily to test things while you wait for some real fittings.
Feel free to do what you want with the model, at the very least it should be useful for copying the G1/4 or 1/4" BSPP thread from.
Modelled in Inventor based off dimension tables of G-series threads.
Enjoy!
