As a tribute to British Airways and my favorite airline BOAC, I decided to do this for them. But first of all thanks to SketchVC10 for the plane. G-AWNA was the first 747 delivered to BOAC. At the time she was the 23rd 747 built off the production line. She had 3 different names: 1. Sir Richard Greenvile (1970-1976?) 2. City of Peterborough (1977-1989) 3. Colliford Lake (1989-present day) The one I am depicting, obviously is the BOAC livery (since every livery has not been uploaded individually SketchVC10) so this is the only one I could find. Looks like she had a task before retirement: http://www.jezweb.dsl.pipex.com/avpicgal/Brunting99/g-awna/LandRoverAd.jpg is an ad for Land Rover. Aircraft depicted looks like G-AWNA. In 1999 she was scrapped. Rumor has it that KLM purchased the cockpit and turned it into pilot flight sim!
