My attempt at making a functional vampire killer / combat cross from the Castlevania Lords of Shadow series. I'm currently utilizing a recoiler as the whip function.
Guaranteed to kill vampires
It's made in parts that can be swapped-out as I flush-out this design. The HOLDER parts are meant to hold a recoiler (that acts as the whip). I am currently utilizing the Vulcan spring Minivs and the Thin Disk end attachment (links below).
I've modified the Thin Disk with a band-saw to fit inside the TOP HOLDER.
There are 3D PDF documents attached to show how things go together.
I used tie wraps inside the holes to secure the HOLDER parts. This will allow for easy replacement as the design evolves.
See the photos for current design configuration and feel free to experiment with different 'whips'.
Thanks for stopping!
