Fume Extractor - Parameterized by atrixium

This is a remix of the fume extractor by nrp, his design was too large for the print bed on my machine so I parameterized the code and made it work with smaller fans such as an 80mm I had kicking around.
I also reduced the default wall thickness to make it use less plastic and print faster on my machine. The filter size is 10mm larger than the fan size, so if you put in an 80mm fan, cut a 90mm filter, you can use generic charcoal filters and cut to fit.
The STL is for an 80mm fan and the customizer is setup to 120mm by default.

Found a massive error in the code where the screw hole distance parameter was not being passed to the customizer, which prevented people from using the customizer for different fans, this has been re-added as a dropdown with the common fan sizes up to 140mm.
