Make sure to print the bracket with supports.
Attach the gauge to the bracket with a screw and nut on the back and then place a zip tie on the shaft end as pictured.
You'll need a two long m3 screws that go from behind the fan out to the front. Next put a set of thumb screws or a nut on that. The bracket is then secured onto the screws with thumb screws holding it all in place.
Because the tip does not reach the bed in when it is mounted you'll have to print out the tip extender that attaches to the bottom of the gauge. Use a zip tie to secure it to the shaft.
Once it is all secure you are free to move the extruder to all 4 corners to make your fine adjustments on the thumb screws that secure the bed plate to the platform. Adjust the Z by manually turning the left threaded rod so that both ends are even.
This bracket was design to work with this analogue dialhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016R3GLB0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
