Receiver mount for the FrSky D4R-II. I believe it should also work with the X4R (same external dimensions). This particular mount is designed with 30.5mm hole spacing which matches popular flight controllers such as Naze32/Flip32, CC3D, etc.
Of course, you can mount it with double stick tape or any other method that you choose also.
The receiver basically just snaps into place (I use that term loosely). No need for zip ties, tape, etc.
The easiest thing to use for antenna wire supports is the 3mm coffee stirrer tubes that you can often get for free at convenience stores. The holes in the model are exactly 3mm, but you will probably have to drill them out very slightly to get the tubes to go in.
UPDATE 3/26:
New low profile version added with 20 degree from horizontal antenna wire angle. This is intended to be mounted on my Eachine Racer 250 battery tray.http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1289398
The low angle permits the antenna wires to clear the upper frame plate. Antenna tube holes increased in diameter to 3.1mm to help eliminate the need to ream them with a drill.
