FRC 15mm pulley spacer by CertifiedNerd

This is a 15mm spacer for most wheels used in FIRST robotics I made for my FRC team (3840) last year. 15mm is the width of the kop belts as of 2014, this is for offsetting the wheel mounted pulleys so the belts can go straight from the wheels to a double pulley on a gearbox. I'm posting It here so we can use them again as provided by rule #13D.
