Welcome to FrankenForge!
I'm consolidating my designs for the FlashForge Creator Pro / PowerSpec 3D Pro Printer and all associated clones under the FrankenForge! name.
This is my latest design: 608 Bering Spool mount replacement intended for the FFCP/PS3DP Printers with 30mm tube mounts for filament spools. This is designed for use with spools that have a 52mm inner diameter and a width of 62 - 70mm (Makerbot, Inland and Microcenter house brand filaments all fit fine).
This is intended to replace the stock spool tubes completely, and will require drilling 4 holes in the back of your printer's housing.
Unlike other designs, this relies on the bolt head and the coupling nut pressure on the bearings to hold the whole thing together, as opposed to the bearing mounts needing to be exactly the right size to be pressure fit into the 52mm hole. That allows for some variance in the spool size as well as printing variation.
