F@R Seat stay and fork hinged rack clamps by Roxanna77

The SE Bikes F@R has no mounts for racks on the frame or fork, I made these plastic clamps as the one size fits all metal clamps are terrible and ruin the paint and also weigh a lot. The Fork clamp is for a 35mm diameter fork, and the seat stay is for 20mm diameter, these might fit other frames. I added some Gorilla tape to give them a bit of cusion and extra holding power.
I printed these in PETG, but I am sure PLA would be fine too. I'd print these at 100% infill. I added in supports in the design, so no supports when you slice this!
You will need to cut out the supports with and tap out the pivot for a 3mm screw, and maybe a bit of sanding for nice hinge fit.
EDIT 3-10-17 I have added another 35mm design that has different offset and is a bit slimmer sexy design!
EDIT 3-15-17 I have added a slimmer design for the seatstay rack clamp (RackClampHingedV2). Shown in Red print.
