Ford Ranger Projector Retrofit 01-12

This is designed to fit the plastic headlight housing 01-12 Ford Ranger headlights.
I designed it to use a Morimoto Bixenon H1 V 5.0 projector. (The newer 7.0 should fit fine, the D2S 5.0 may fit but you may have to use amp connector bulbs or D2H bulbs.)
I do not have any pictures as I have sold the truck but it fits perfect.
Couple things to keep in mind.
Needs to be printed in something high temp and strong. PETG or Nylon is a good choice.
I'd do a minimum of 20% infill.
Use the retrofit alignment washer along with a 3" holesaw to cut out the housing to fit the retrofit "cup". Make sure the drillbit is straight not crooked) before attempting this. (Glue the washer in where the factory bulb sits)
Slide the cup in from the backside and use epoxy resin or similar to get it to attach to the housing. Make sure the cup is not pointing up or down at all and has 3 points of contact with the back of the housing on the lip of the cup. Not doing so will result in you having to tip the headlight way up or down to align the headlights.
Once dry, mount the projectors and put both headlights on the truck, make sure the beam pattern is level.
Re-seal up the headlights.
