I know it's currently top-heavy. The gap in the middle is there because the charging cable plugs into the bottom of the Switch. The reason it's so thick is because there needs to be room for the joysticks when it's folded.

Print at 20% infill with 0.15mm resolution.
Buy two 2mm or 2.5mm diameter metal rods for the hinges, cut to 73mm length.
