This is a support for a step motor (28BYJ-48) to focus on Celestron C5 scope.
It comes in 4 parts:
The support
The motor case
The gear
The shaft cap
You need some M3 bolts with nuts.
2 M3 (8mm) bolts with nuts in the gear. You put the nuts in the gear central hole and you screw the bolts in. They will be tight on the scope shaft.
2 M3 (30mm) bolts with washers and nuts to hold the motor.
You need a small belt that you cut and glue at the right length.
And I use a commercial gear for the motor.
The cap covers the end of the scope shaft.
Many arduino projects use step motor as electronic focuser.
I used EQFocuser and I'm fully satisfied.
