Inspired by the videos below, I've created this reusable form board sealer tool, so I don't need to cut another one every time I have to seal the edge of a foam board.
Note that depending on the filament and the glue you use, this tool may not work well for you, because the glue may melt the material or stick to it!
I've uploaded the model in two versions, which differ in the width of the opening, so you can test which one fits your board the best:
Foam board sealer narrow.stl has 5.00 mm opening
Foam board sealer wide.stl has 5.20 mm opening
