Hi Guys!
Here is a new material I made today that looks fluorescent. (It took me forever to learn how to spell that word) It has a layer weight node and therefore looks different at every angle. I have made the material with a normal map and cloth sim for demonstrating it better, but you can remove these things. I hope you like it!
