This house can be placed in a Dutch Flood zone (uiterwaarden)because it is build on a man made hill (terp). when the river floods the house stays dry. the two outside cellar entrances can be shut by putting two concrete ore metal slabs in the four slots in each entrance so it doesn't flood.
