My first attempt a 3D modelling...
I modified BoyDrone's parts cooler to fit my needs/wants. I just upgraded to a E3D v6 hotend on my Flsun I3 printer and the fan mounts in the front didn't match. So I modified his to remove part of the front and added a mounting hole for the fan. I used an M2x4mm screw I had from some Quadcopter builds but any small screw will do.
You'll probably need to make a hole on the fan housing where this will mount. Just line the tab on the outside to find where the hole needs to go and use an xacto knife to bore a small hole for the screw.
I made 2 versions. A raised version that fits the v6 hotend height and a flat version that will fit the v5 hotends a little better. The flat will also work with the v6 but the clearance is very tight.
