Floaty camera system

So this is a floating cam rig, that manages the height on its own so you dont need to wory about it. But you can turn that off and control everything yourself. Usable for al sorts of flying simulations. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fully controlable, and only running a simple script.
