3D printed floating plant ring used in a planted aquarium.
Helping to keep the floating plants, like duckweed, at bay. Allows light to penetrate the surface to reach the other aquarium plants, or space for your surface breathing (labyrinth) fish (Bettas or Gouramis) to easily access an open area.
Printed using a raft, that is optional. My personal preference is to use the extra 4 cents of material to get a successful print every time.
Infill is not extremely important, I used 20%. 20% allowed for enough strength and the ability to displace water and float easily.
