This is a fletching Jig. i designed this tool because of its usefulness in assembling my own arrows. I designed it to be used with 5 mm to 8 mm arrows shafts. The only things you need are:
1) 3 pieces oh M4 threaded rod of about 76 mm, that are used as base screws;
2) 12 M4 nuts, also for the base screws;
3) 3 M3 x 25mm screws, to link the arms with the "Morsa-guide" parts;
4) an elastic or an O-Ring to "close" the arms;
5) Cyanacrylate glue or threadlock for the locking nuts and the "Ghiera" nuts: not fo the "Base-guide" nuts.
I designed the arms to receive 2" (55mm exactly) arrow-fletching.
You need to print:
1) 1x "Base-guide.stl";
2) 3x "Ghiera.stl";
3) 3x "Morsa-guide.stl";
4) 3x "Braccetto_2".stl";
I designed the parts with some tolerances, to avoid the refining with sandpaper.
