FOB - Fletching Only Better is where this idea came from. Difference is that is that they are a fraction of the price! I don't have any so I designed several from scratch. They still need some work. I have to drill them out when finished so you may need to play with the horizontal expansion on your slicer settings.
I have shot them and they do work and work well. However please note that you need a drop away rest. THIS WILL NOT WORK with a whisker biscuit!!!!!! (or any other rest)
The have a 4 deg twist on them. They are twice as heavy as 2" blazers at about 25 gr compared to 15.
I also added heat shrink tubing in front of the fob otherwise when it hits the fog slides up on the shaft. EDIT: I have stopped using shrink tubing because the fob jams up on it. I have added a small stop which I have played with vertically scaling down to as much as 20% and then super gluing them in place. They seem to work well.
You will have to measure your shafts to see if these are even the right size.
I have two different sizes, one is for .257" and the other is for .3"
NOTE: these are sized to work with my arrows and printer. I would suggest partial prints playing with the expansion until it fits your arrows.
If you need different sized I might be amenable to making different sizes.
