Flashforge Dreamer fan grill replacement by Brigandier

Most of the Flashforge Dreamer models I see online don't have the metal grill, it seems like this was added to later models. If yours didn't come with these, you may not have the appropriate screw lengths to use this replacement grill.
If you DO have one of these models, you might have noticed that the screws holding these on runs to the back and secures the extruders. The problem is the grill just goes over the fan holes and never makes a good solid contact with anything. This causes a lot of problems:
You can't tighten the screws down securely,
If you tighten too much, the grill warps/bends outwards/hits the fan blades,
it looks really sloppy. Can't believe they let it out the door without some spacers.
I suppose I could have just made a few small spacers to place in the fan holes and called it a day, but I don't like the look of the chrome guards. It has a very 1990s look to it.
