My home state Ohio State flag
I have included Sketchup source files, that include single layer and 3 layer flag.
Found 3 layers work best, with the middle layer being a single full layer of white.
Single layer if mounting or placing someplace permanently, if you want to play with it, bend it or placing someplace that may move other then I would do the 3 layer.
For 1 and 3 layer both have a first layer of .3mm. The 3 layer has additional layers at .2mm.
**I updated files from the pictures taken of actual print. Now colored areas will not show white middle layer along outside edges. So from the out side the borders are all layered in same color as surface. So have the wall count no less than 2 (.8mm) So that the 1.2mm borders on 2nd layer end up being only parameters and no fill.
