Flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis

The flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis was adopted on 19 September 1983. It is composed of a black diagonal band (the African origin of the population), edged with yellow (the rays of the sun), which divides the flag into two triangles; green (the fertility of the earth) the one on the side of the yard and red (the struggle for independence) the one on the wind. On the black band there are two white five-pointed stars upside down (hope and freedom). #flag #Kitts #Nevis
