Fixed endstop distance Anycubic Kossel

Use it for equal distances (or equal minimum distances) to the endstops of the Anycubic Kossel. Of course a simpler bus will also work (inside diameter 3 mm). The height is 10 mm, you can scale it in your slicer over the Z-axis.
