Fix Screwed version of Anycubic i3 Mega Spool Holder with bearings (608)

I was not satisfied with the instability of the dismountable version, so I decided to create a fix mountable version that reuses the screws on top of the printer in a mirrored fashion as it is used by the excellent tool rig.
Print it in a standing form, and use Tree support. It prints perfectly and can be easily removed with a wide cut with the tool (see pics)
