Following from my previous design for a star badge for my son, my younger daughter sketched her own design for hers.
This one is bigger than the previous one and the loop has more space for the safety pin to be inserted.
Don't forget to print it face down, with the loop facing upwards so that there is no need for supports.
I have included the Fusion 360 original file so that you can modify it as you please.
