These are just a bigger version of Prusas first layer calibration, there is 3 separate rectangles so it gives you a chance to check for correct squish while still printing..
For a Prusas start your print click your dial and select live adjust Z, turn dial left or right depending on what gives the correct squish
Print with no skirt or parameters Change Fill angle to 90 degrees
