A simply stand to hold the Amazon Fire 7 tablet.
History on why I created this:
I print exclusively with an OctoPi setup. (OctoPrint running on a RaspberryPi.) I love the convenience of being able to have my printer located in another room and to be able to monitor it and start print jobs remotely. The biggest issue I'd run into though, was sometimes when I was at my printer, I had no local interface to stop a failed job, or to start up a new one after removing the old one from the bed. So I decided to add a touch interface to my printer. I picked up an Amazon Fire 7 tablet for $35. I loaded up the a Chrome browser, and point it to my OctoPrint instance. This stand was created to hold the tablet near my printer. I've now got a dedicated touch screen interface for my printer.
This case prints in three parts, the base, an arm which snaps into the base, and a holder which snaps around the tablet, and then snaps onto the top of the arm. (The "Full Assembly" file to print... just demonstrate how it all assembles together.)
