This is a filament spool holder used with two ball bearings each. I made this for FormFutura filament spools, which have a mounting hole diameter of around 56mm; but any other spool with at least 56mm mounting hole diameter should work as well. This design still allows changing the spools easily, and, as it has two supports on each holder, it prevents the spool from wobbling.
Use two M3 countersunk screews and nuts to clamp the roller guide to your printer spool holder. You will need two ball-bearings 5x11x4mm.
Print in total two bearing holders, two clamps two caps. The cap need to be glued to the holder after you inserted the ball bearings (I left a small space for the glue ;-)
I've done this for my Ender but it should work on any stock spool holder with outer diameter around 30mm.
