I tweaked it to use 608ZB bearings that I rescued from a pair of old roller skates. These type of bearings have the usual 22mm outer diameter, but have built-in spacers as well as a smaller inner diameter of 6.5mm.
I'm new to Fusion360 and 3D modeling, so hopefully it works well for somebody. I will update once I've finished the print myself.
