Filament Holder (16mm bearing) by canters

A remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1765960 to use a 16mm bearing instead of a 21mm one as I only had 16mm to hand.
Print two of them (one for each side of filament roll), insert a bearing in each (you may need to press them in a vice) then insert a 8mm rod and the filament roll.
