A filament guide with a compartment for a sponge to clean a filament as it enters the printer head. It has a detachable clip which allows you to secure it against a cable (M3D printer eg,).
This design is entirely based on the model provided by CJ000 available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:822712, which, at the time of writing was insanely dense mesh (70MB!) with thousands of overlapping vertices, making editing in CAD software impossibly slow.
