As with the dual gear extruder my filament was constantly rubbing against the sides of the hole, and scraping off particles of the filament, I needed to get a proper alignment of the filament, so I can stop this issue. After looking around, I couldn't find anything that fits well to my purposes, especially when it came to mounting the original filament runout sensor. So it was time to design a new one :)
This filament guide and sensor mount is kind of a mix of those two (but just on first look :)):

I have made it to fit perfectly on my LK4 Pro (the mounting part of the one from the Ender has different shape and it doesn't fit). The filament is perfectly aligned with the extruder entrance, and the sensor sits perfectly centered to the filament.
In case you need to edit the files, I have included all of them as a STEP as well.
