The shelter sits on the high-tide line of the beach. The shelter’s wedge shape mimics a boat’s bow that cuts through the water as the tide comes in. The roof is a wave of sand that overtakes the shelter and crashes into the ocean. The panoramic windows spanning the front of the shelter keeps the user enveloped in the surrounding environment.
