Ferme du Tilleul is situated just north of the small village of Aix La Fayette in the heart of the Livradois Forest National Park. It is within the department of the Puy De Dome and sitting at the head of a valley with views of the Plomb du Cantal. The house, dating from the 1830’s, has been tastefully renovated whilst retaining the character of this outstanding property.The large gite attached to the main house with separate access consists of two bedrooms, a lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The house and gite are set in grounds of 4000sq mtrs/1 acre, with a large terrace and vegetable garden. Together with a field, stream, orchard, and most importantly plenty of space to relax. Surrounding the house are walks and cycle paths where you can enjoy the fresh, pure mountain air and enjoy the stunning views of the Sancy Mountains and Puy de Dome.
