Fastener with wings

This design is useful when you have no access on the side below the lower plate.
First you need to put a nut on the bolt and push the bolt through the holes of the two plates. (Stage1)
Then put a hexagon key into the hexagon slot of the bolt. In this way the rod is pushed down and the wings spread out below the lower plate. Take a spanner and hold the nut in place while rotating the hexagon key until the two plates are fastened tight. (Stage2)
