fastener with additional parameters

Minor remix of the openscad file by TZT; I added for my convenience some additional parameters
to align the fastener and retainer (parameterized) so I do not have to take care of alignment when using the fastener and retainer in a model. Also parameters are available to show/hide the fastener and retainer.
Note : the essentials programmed by TZT were not changed.
