As in picture. Its a spear fast release part I used to keep it screewed on a rotator ball head.
The size of the hole is for a 3/8" screwed rod, camera size standard.
It's designed on Freecad, you can find the freecad files there, mod it as you like.
I Printed it in ABS with 100% infil because I need the part to hold some weight.
The photos are from the original design. Then I figured out that the nut hole was too small to put a wrench in, so I made the nut hole a little bigger. The final design is the one in the multiview blue background image.
NOTE: Flip the STL model before you print to avoid having to create supports or put some supports before you print.
