Fan Holder for 40x40x10mm Fan by ElTacoLoco

Simple fan holder for 40x40x10mm 12v fan, designed for the Delta 3KU to clip on the 1.5mm metal top plate to cool the electronics to prevent overheating.
I used 4x M3 19mm screws and 4x M3 nuts to secure the fan to the fan holder, but you should be able to use cable ties, hotglue or whatever. There should be enought room to add a fan cover on the back and secure it with the same screws and nuts.
If you plan on running the fan on full RPM there can be a good idea to add some kind of vibration dampening.
Edit: Changed the circle cut out to 38mm diameter instead of 32mm (see V2) to be a better fit but can be harder to print cause of the thin wall so i kept the old 32mm too.
